What is an Occupational Test?
Any structured task (or test) from which can be gained inferences about an individual's aptitudes, abilities, personality traits or interests can be classed as a occupational test when used in a work based context.

We see the use of such tests as one of the tools, albeit an important one, in gaining a fuller picture of the individual.

We have access to a wide range of tests, through a number of reputable publishers, which have high reliability and validity as well as being well established and respected, within the field of testing. This enables us to select the most appropriate test for the individual or organisation's current requirements.

If a test is well chosen and of a reliable standard it will provide high quality information about those participating relatively efficiently.
